Optimal ranges of biochemical composition of a good pure and chemotyped essential oil of Star Anise:
- Trans-Anethole 88-91%
- Methylchavicol (estragole) 0.5-4%
- Linalool 1-2%.
General information and properties:
The essential oil of Anis Estrellado stands out for its digestive and carminative properties. It is also antispasmodic, general and respiratory stimulant in low doses.
correct traditional indications
Aerocolia (excess gas in the colon)
Dilute 1 drops of Star Anise essential oil in 14 drops of Safflower vegetable oil. Massage the belly and lower back until completely absorbed into the skin.
Difficult digestion (dyspepsia)
Dilute 1 drop of essential oil of Anis Estrellado in 14 drops of vegetable oil of Argan or Safflower. Massage the belly until completely absorbed into the skin.
Dilute 3 drops of Star Anise essential oil in 5 drops of Safflower vegetable oil. Massage the base of the belly until completely absorbed into the skin.
Dilute 1 drop of essential oil of Anis Estrellado in 9 drops of vegetable oil of Argan or Safflower. Massage the base of the belly and the soles of the feet until completely absorbed into the skin.
Dilute 3 drops of essential oil of Anis Estrellado in 5 drops of vegetable oil of Argan or Safflower. Massage the base of the belly until completely absorbed into the skin.
Dilute 2 drops of Star Anise essential oil in 10 drops of Safflower oil. Massage the chest and back until completely absorbed into the skin.
